Cookie policy
You may have noticed there's no cookie banner on this site. That's not an oversight — there's genuinely nothing to ask consent for.

Cookies we set
None. koloab.com sets no cookies — no first-party cookies, no third-party cookies, no localStorage identifiers, no fingerprinting.
So how do you count visitors?
We use Google Analytics 4 in cookieless Consent Mode. Our Google tag declares all storage as "denied" before it loads, which means:
- Google Analytics writes no cookies and no device storage.
- It sends only anonymous, aggregated, cookieless "pings" — enough for us to see roughly how many people visited and which pages were popular.
- Visitors cannot be individually identified or followed between visits or across sites.
Because no information is stored on your device and no identifier persists, UK PECR's consent requirement for storage doesn't apply — which is why there's no banner.
What about the intranet plugin?
The Koloab plugin (on your own WordPress site) necessarily uses cookies to keep your staff signed in — the standard WordPress authentication cookies plus a "keep me signed in" option. Those are strictly functional, set by your site on your domain, and are your site's to disclose. The plugin includes no analytics beacons, no phone-home tracking and no third-party advertising of any kind.
If this ever changes
If we ever introduce anything that stores data on your device, this page will say so plainly and a consent mechanism will appear before it loads — not after.
